Cancellation and Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone. We’ll solve the issue immediately. Otherwise, proceed with the refund policy below.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
To exchange or return goods with a manufacturing defect or if not useful for its intended purpose, do so within 30 days, provided the seal/protection is unbroken.

We select a shipping method that ensures value and speedy delivery, typically using private courier services.

Please email us at mydigitalgrowthclub@gmail.com. Your return package should include the following:

  • A signed letter stating the reason for return
  • The original invoice or delivery challan
  • Valid ID and address proof

Return Exceptions

  • Items cannot be returned if they are opened.
  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person. Contact our customer care at (+91) 8806955777 or email mydigitalgrowthclub@gmail.com with your Direct Seller ID.
  • We will issue a brand new replacement at no additional cost within 7 working days, provided the product tag and packing are intact.
  • Return duration is 10 days from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise above.
